I've been playing with with how ideas happen and what they look like.  Every time I read a science magazine or skim through techno-websites online, I get dizzy from all the ideas and plans and projects that people are coming up with.

It's just too much.

I retreat to my studio and take up leftover construction materials like drywall and house paint, found objects, junk that sparkles, obsolete books, techno-leftovers, exacto knives and little bits of paper.

These things are calming.

After awhile I get my equilibrium back. Then I can venture out again to collect more overwhelming idea-fodder.

I can't begin to describe how much fun this process is.

Angela has worked with ideas for the last couple of years.  Her recent work has been exhibited in Phoenix, Chicago, San Diego, Austin, New York, and Toronto.
