Theodore Troxel

Ted Troxel works with found materials, usually “throw aways” and is known for making animals and miniature utilitarian objects. He is a new member of eye lounge and works as a preparator installing exhibitions at the A.S.U. Art Museum. Ted studied painting and drawing at The University of Arizona and Sculpture at Mills College. Ted has exhibited his work during the last two Art Detours at his studio on Grande Ave. and had his second solo exhibition at Phoenix College last summer. Ted completed his first public art project for Sites Around the City; Art and the Environment in April of 2000, through a grant from the Phoenix Arts Commission.
