I remembered seeing Picasso’s work as a young boy and thought that he was the kind of man that I wanted to be. An artistic genius, he appeared confident, suave, and powerful. He helped me to choose to be an artist. Of course, upon closer inspection, the real truth was revealed. So, it went for my other (life-long) creative heroes. Now I wonder if it okay to admire the art if the artist is flawed. If so, where is the moral line drawn.
