Developed over the course of six years in six states and Washington D.C., the work in this book celebrates individual power in asserting bodily autonomy despite increased barriers, politicization, and systemic neglect. The Sex and Sovereignty book includes portraits of people who have confronted challenges accessing reproductive and sexual healthcare head-on, along with transcriptions of their personal stories. Photography, introduction, and editing by Amanda Mollindo.
